Women’s Self Defense

The Professional Karate Institute Mixed Martial Arts will host a FREE Women’s self-defense seminar. The event is set to begin at 10:00 AM CST. Guests will be taken through various segments designed to simulate practical self-defense situations and address threats expected in the school and work environment. Sensei Scottie C. Jackson along with a host of senior ranking Ju Ki Do students will provide detailed instruction and supervised practices to heighten awareness and preparation to defend yourself from threats relevant to this day and age.
