During the first 9 weeks of the school year, your child will experience martial arts training during their regular P.E. period at Shepherd of the Hills. Beginning October 6, you can enroll them to continue training for the rest of the school year — with full uniforms and sparring gear included.
Ju Ki Do Martial Arts — Fitness, Self-Defense & Faith-Based Character Development
Professional Karate Institute Mixed Martial Arts (PKIMMA) and Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran School are excited to offer Ju Ki Do for the first 9 weeks of the school year. Students will train during their regular P.E. class on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Student Uniforms
This year’s bundle includes both of the required student uniforms. The starter white student uniform for kata and point sparring, and the embroidered blue Jujitsu gi for wrestling, grappling, and formal events.
Both uniforms, together, are valued at $210.00. Students will be sized and receive both uniforms at no additional cost to the standard tuition.

Convenient Class Schedule
All classes will be conducted on campus, during the school day this year. This increases convenience for parents and allows the flexibility of student participation in various other extracurricular activity.
