Our youngest group of martial artists is our Little Dragons. Preschool children, ages 4-5 years, learn valuable, life changing lessons through every experience they encounter during this time. These lessons create the foundation for your child’s future. Martial arts training at this age develops increased physical ability, acute social awareness, discipline, and a positive self-image.
Performance and Endurance are the key, pounds and inches are the side effects!
Regular exercise helps promote healthy choices in your young child. Our high-intensity environment makes exercise fun and enjoyable for your child. The repetition and accountability increase their ability to develop fine motor skills and empowers them to perform remarkable techniques. They develop spatial and directional awareness much earlier than their peers, which increases their coordination, balance, and confidence. Establishing physical exercise as a routine creates a habit that your child is more likely to keep through to their adulthood.
Develop the confidence and mindset of a VICTOR not a Victim!
Setting and accomplishing small goals positively feeds your child’s self-image. Our classes create a success- building environment for your child and fosters the “I Can” attitude within them. With a positive self-image, your child begins to understand their own personal value and is motivated to succeed at everything they put their hand to. They learn that failure is an opportunity to learn, and that success is earned through dedication and hard work. The confidence your child will develop will empower them to stand up for what is right and be stronger against social compromise and peer pressure in later years.
The best version of you begins with the choices you make today!
Discipline is a major foundational cornerstone of martial arts training. Regular attendance creates a base of accountability for your child and opens the door for much more accountability. At this young age, we will teach your child to hold themselves accountable and develop a more mature level of independence.
