Lesson of the Month: Always do your best

April 2016

Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.

Week One

“Loyalty and devotion lead to bravery. Bravery leads to the spirit of self sacrifice. The spirit of self sacrifice creates trust in the power of love.”
~ Morihei Ueshiba ~

Week Two

“The relationship between commitment and doubt is by no means an antagonistic one. Commitment is healthiest when it’s not without doubt but in spite of doubt.”

Week Three

“Individual commitment to a group effort, that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work.”
